Nishra Overseas LLP is a well-known manufacturer of Titanium Flanges. We can deliver quickly since we have ready forging and bar stock. Titanium conflat flanges are light, strong, corrosion-resistant, and abundant in nature. Titanium flanges and specialty metal fasteners for applications requiring high strength, low weight, and corrosion resistance. Titanium flanges of high quality and at extremely competitive costs are available from Nishra Overseas. Titanium is a very important substance that is frequently utilized in various industries due to its high resistance to water, chlorine, and other chemicals.
Titanium flanges are widely utilized in heat exchangers and pumps. Titanium Socket Weld Flanges Class 150 are designed for plumbing or welding applications that use air, water, natural gas, or steam. We offer a wide range of Titanium Flanges, including Titanium Alloy Pipe Flanges, Titanium Blind Flanges, ASTM B381 Titanium Threaded Flanges, Titanium Flanges, and Titanium Socket Weld Flanges, all in high quality. Nishra Overseas is an ISO certified and government-approved Titanium Flange supplier in Mumbai, India.
Threaded flanges made of titanium. Titanium Weld Neck Flanges should be made with heavy-duty machining tools and equipment to reduce chatter or work-hardening of the alloy before cutting. Titanium Blind Flanges are distinguished by its excellent ductility, high mechanical strength, and resistance to acid and alkali attack. In the meanwhile, our customers can choose from a variety of sizes and shapes of these titanium lap joint flanges. These Titanium Socket Weld Flanges are a high-performance alloy that is a product of the Electro Slag Refining (ESR) process. They are a completely modern alloy. Titanium Ring Joint Type Flanges of the purest and best quality are supplied thanks to the Electro Slag Refining (ESR) process. These Titanium Spectacle Blind Flanges don't require post-weld heat treatment. However, thorough cleaning after welding is required for optimum corrosion resistance in Titanium Nippolet Flanges, or else contamination and embrittlement may occur.

Every Standards have clearly requirements for steel flanges’ marking style, usually the marking words include seller’s Logo, buyer’s Logo (OEM), standard number, flange’s type, flange’s pressure, flange’s size, flange’s material, place of origin, heat number and other words for convenient to trace. If the flanges repaired by welding, it must mark on flanges showing this flange repared by welding. If the flange’s dimensions (OD, ID, PCD, Thickness, Holes number, Holes diameter, Tolerance etc) are different with the normal standard, it also must mark on flanges where it is different with normal ones. Another important place is heat number marking, it is the tracing base for every piece flange, and from the heat number we can trace to the beginning of raw material import.
Carbon Steel Stainless Steel Flanges and Stainless Steel Slip On Flanges are delivered with or without surface protection, as determined by the manufacturer.
The company delivers Titanium Flanges in standard packaging, without surface protection or end protectors (caps). Special packaging, protective covers, and end protectors (caps) can be agreed upon.
