Nishra Overseas LLP is the leading Importer, Supplier, and Exporter of Aluminium Flanges for its valued customers. We guarantee that superior quality alloy is used to create these flanges. To satisfy the needs of our esteemed customers, we maintain a large inventory of these aluminum flanges. To guarantee the quality of our products, we use cutting-edge machinery and technology when making these flanges. These flanges come in a variety of sizes, forms, classes, standards, dimensions, grades, and other specifications, and we manufacture them to the client's specifications.
Aluminum alloys include high amounts of aluminum. Additionally, this alloy comprises manganese, silicon, tin, copper, zinc, and magnesium. Aluminum alloy's remarkable properties make it the most demanding alloy in industrial applications. Because of its superior properties, this alloy is used in a wide range of sectors. Aluminum alloys shield the surface from the damaging elements outside and have exceptional corrosion resistance. This metal is lightweight and has good electrical and thermal conductivity. Aluminum Alloy Flanges constructed from this alloy have good features such as formability, weldability, malleability, tensile strength, and others.
We are Leading Exporter and Supplier of ASTM B247 Aluminium Lap Joint Flange, Aluminium Class 150 Flanges Raised Face, Aluminium Reducing Flange, Aluminium Threaded Flange, MSS SP-44 Aluminium Socket Weld Flange, Aluminium Tongue and Groove Flange, Aluminium Weld Neck Flange, Aluminium Spectacle Blind Flange Flat Face, Aluminium Nipoflange, Aluminium Weldoflange, Class 300#, 600#, 900#, 1500#, 2500# Aluminium Flanges Dimensions.
Aluminum flanges are widely used in a variety of industrial applications. These flanges are used in a wide range of sectors, including paper, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, fertilizers, food and dairy, petrochemicals, chemicals, and desalination facilities. These flanges are also used in nuclear power plants, electric power plants, water system pipe projects, and more. Following manufacture, these flanges are tested for rigorous quality inspections to ensure their long-term durability. This is accomplished using a variety of tests, including PMI, IGC, hardness, tensile, chemical, mechanical, micro, and macro.

Every Standards have clearly requirements for steel flanges’ marking style, usually the marking words include seller’s Logo, buyer’s Logo (OEM), standard number, flange’s type, flange’s pressure, flange’s size, flange’s material, place of origin, heat number and other words for convenient to trace. If the flanges repaired by welding, it must mark on flanges showing this flange repared by welding. If the flange’s dimensions (OD, ID, PCD, Thickness, Holes number, Holes diameter, Tolerance etc) are different with the normal standard, it also must mark on flanges where it is different with normal ones. Another important place is heat number marking, it is the tracing base for every piece flange, and from the heat number we can trace to the beginning of raw material import.
Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel Flanges and Stainless Steel Slip On Flanges are delivered with or without surface protection, as determined by the manufacturer.
The company delivers Aluminium Flanges in standard packaging, without surface protection or end protectors (caps). Special packaging, protective covers, and end protectors (caps) can be agreed upon.
