Nishra Overseas LLP is a largest supplier of Inconel Flanges, which we carefully package and send to local and only after thoroughly and methodically inspecting our departing products to ensure optimal quality maintenance on our end before entering foreign markets. A higher chromium concentration in DIN 2.4816 Inconel Slip On Flanges prevents fractures at high temperatures, which is a necessary quality in the steel construction and shipbuilding industries. We specialize in mass producing high-quality goods for businesses in the transportation, energy, and heavy equipment sectors. We make Inconel 601 Flanges in a variety of materials and finishes. In addition to being non-magnetic and resistant to oxidation, a pint-sized molybdenum in DIN 2.4856 Inconel Weld Neck Flanges protects the fittings from potential pitting and crevice corrosion.
The Inconel 600 Flanges material is a standard utilized in a variety of technical applications that require high corrosion and heat resistance. Alloy 600 Flanges have outstanding mechanical qualities, including good workability and strong strength. Clients can also purchase Incoloy 800 Flanges for uses that call for strong, robust structures that can withstand high temperatures. Applications for the Incoloy 825 Flanges include acid production, pickling, pollution management, and many more. The Inconel 601 Flanges have special qualities since they contain 58% nickel and 21% chromium in addition to other components like silicon and carbon. The chemical, petrochemical, power plant, and other sectors employ the various pressure classes of Alloy 601 flanges.
ANSI B16.5 Inconel Flanges, UNS N06625 Socket weld Flanges are essential in the food, beverage, food processing, and textile industries, particularly for creating water-tight systems during pipe assessments. Regarding fitting production, we follow all the rules and recommendations developed by reputable organizations across the world. Additionally, we provide a large selection of Inconel ASTM B564 601 Flanges, including Inconel 600 Slip On Flanges, Inconel 625 Weld Neck Flanges, Inconel 718 Socket Weld Flanges, 601 Inconel Alloy Blind Flanges, Inconel Alloy 625 Orifice Flanges, Inconel 625 Spectacle Blind Flanges, Alloy 718 Screwed / Threaded Flanges, Inconel 600 Reducing Flanges, Inconel Alloy 600 Ring Type Joint Flanges (RTJ), etc.

Every Standards have clearly requirements for steel flanges’ marking style, usually the marking words include seller’s Logo, buyer’s Logo (OEM), standard number, flange’s type, flange’s pressure, flange’s size, flange’s material, place of origin, heat number and other words for convenient to trace. If the flanges repaired by welding, it must mark on flanges showing this flange repared by welding. If the flange’s dimensions (OD, ID, PCD, Thickness, Holes number, Holes diameter, Tolerance etc) are different with the normal standard, it also must mark on flanges where it is different with normal ones. Another important place is heat number marking, it is the tracing base for every piece flange, and from the heat number we can trace to the beginning of raw material import.
Carbon Steel, Inconel Flanges and Stainless Steel Slip On Flanges are delivered with or without surface protection, as determined by the manufacturer.
The company delivers Inconel Flanges in standard packaging, without surface protection or end protectors (caps). Special packaging, protective covers, and end protectors (caps) can be agreed upon.
