Nishra Overseas LLP manufactures, designs, and supplies high quality products in a wide range of sizes, including Threaded Flanges. As a base material, we select and get only the finest quality alloys from a trustworthy market. Our firm designs ASME B16.5 Threaded Flanges of various sizes and forms from a variety of material grades. We employ a crew of manufacturing specialists that select and verify the appropriate raw materials for a variety of industrial applications. Our expert recommends using this substance in this circumstance due to its well-known composition. As a base material, we select a material with various combinations of iron, nickel, and other components. Aside from the absence of carbon, some grades contain other metallic elements such as aluminum, cobalt, titanium, and molybdenum. The different alloys have specific properties, such as improved hardness, increased material strength, and remarkable welding capabilities.
We provided A unique kind of flange that can be welded to any pipe is called a threaded pipe flange. A tube's exterior thread is paired with a threaded flange to thread it into the bore. Comparable to other flanges used with pipes that have exterior threads are these flanges. Where high pressure and a smaller diameter are needed, Threaded flanges work well. Smaller pipe sizes are a good fit for certain flange types. These flanges' remarkable qualities make them useful for producing a variety of cost-effective and time-saving devices. We provide a raised face on our premium threaded pipe flanges. The standard height is raised when a higher appearance is essential for threaded flanges.
Threaded flanges can be used in a variety of applications to join pipe lengths without welding. This type of flange is commonly used in highly combustible, explosive environments when welding is not an option. The flange, which has a tapered thread, is tightened to the pipe in the same way as a nut and bolt are. Occasionally, when it is suitable, many may complete the application with a seal weld, though this is not required. High-quality threaded or screwed flanges that meet ASME, ANSI, and DIN standards are manufactured in India. Our firm produces threaded pipe flanges that are sold to businesses in a variety of sectors, such as waste water treatment plants, petrochemical plants, power production, shipbuilding, and oil refineries.

The threaded flange design (also known as the'screwed flange') connects the flange to a pipe via a screw thread. A male thread is cut onto a pipe end, and a female thread is cut into the bore of the flange; the male threaded pipe is then screwed onto the female threaded flange.
The threaded flange design, available in various diameters and pressure ratings, is mostly utilized for small piping systems (≤ 4 inches). It is also commonly used in non-toxic, low-pressure, and low-temperature applications. Threaded flanges ranging from ½ inch to 2 inches are more prevalent than those larger than 2 inches. Threaded flanges only have flat and raised faces since they are used for lower pressure applications. They are not suitable for high-temperature applications because the thread shape distorts, resulting in leakage.
The main advantage of threaded flanges is that they can be attached to a pipe without the requirement for welding. Forming joints without the need for welding is a significant advantage, and it is required in some locations and sectors, such as explosive zones (Ex rated areas) such as petrol stations, hexane facilities, flammable fluid depots, and so on. If no welding is required, a possible source of ignition is eliminated. Another advantage of threaded flange joints is that they are faster and easier to construct and disassemble than welded flanges.
Threaded flanges are not suited for thin-walled pipelines since cutting a thread on them is difficult. In some circumstances, a seal weld may be utilized to strengthen the flange and limit the risk of leakage. Adding a seal weld strengthens the flange, but it also makes the junction more difficult to install and dismantle (since the weld makes it permanent).

Every Standards have clearly requirements for steel flanges’ marking style, usually the marking words include seller’s Logo, buyer’s Logo (OEM), standard number, flange’s type, flange’s pressure, flange’s size, flange’s material, place of origin, heat number and other words for convenient to trace. If the flanges repaired by welding, it must mark on flanges showing this flange repared by welding. If the flange’s dimensions (OD, ID, PCD, Thickness, Holes number, Holes diameter, Tolerance etc) are different with the normal standard, it also must mark on flanges where it is different with normal ones. Another important place is heat number marking, it is the tracing base for every piece flange, and from the heat number we can trace to the beginning of raw material import.
Carbon Steel Threaded Flanges and Stainless Steel Socket Weld Flanges are delivered with or without surface protection, as determined by the manufacturer.
The company delivers Threaded Flanges in standard packaging, without surface protection or end protectors (caps). Special packaging, protective covers, and end protectors (caps) can be agreed upon.
