Duplex steel spectacle blind flanges are hot wrought at temperatures ranging from 954 to 1149°C (1750 to 2100°F). Duplex Steel Welding Neck Flange Forging is tough to make due to its high strength and work hardening rate.
Duplex Steel Flanges are specifically designed for a variety of piping applications across multiple industries. Among many other things, we are renowned for being one of the biggest suppliers of premium duplex steel buttweld fittings, duplex flanges, and duplex steel gaskets. A stainless steel flange is considered a vital component of the pipe fitting industry. We are also recognized as one of the largest suppliers of super duplex steel.
Duplex Steel DIN 1.4462 Socket Weld Flanges are exceptionally resistant to stress corrosion cracking, erosion, pitting, cracks, and general corrosion in severe environments, as well as having high fatigue strength. We have a large inventory of Duplex Steel ASTM A182 Flanges, including Duplex Steel S31803 Weld Neck Flanges, Duplex 2205 Slip On Flanges, Duplex F51 Socket Weld Flanges, Duplex Steel F60 Screwed / Threaded Flanges, Duplex 2205 Ring Type Joint Flanges (RTJ), Duplex Steel F56 Orifice Flanges, Gr. Every Standards have clearly requirements for steel flanges’ marking style, usually the marking words include seller’s Logo, buyer’s Logo (OEM), standard number, flange’s type, flange’s pressure, flange’s size, flange’s material, place of origin, heat number and other words for convenient to trace. If the flanges repaired by welding, it must mark on flanges showing this flange repared by welding. If the flange’s dimensions (OD, ID, PCD, Thickness, Holes number, Holes diameter, Tolerance etc) are different with the normal standard, it also must mark on flanges where it is different with normal ones. Another important place is heat number marking, it is the tracing base for every piece flange, and from the heat number we can trace to the beginning of raw material import.
Carbon Steel Stainless Steel Flanges and Stainless Steel Slip On Flanges are delivered with or without surface protection, as determined by the manufacturer.
The company delivers Duplex Steel Flanges in standard packaging, without surface protection or end protectors (caps). Special packaging, protective covers, and end protectors (caps) can be agreed upon.
